Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail- oriented truss manufacturing builder with hands-on experience assembling high-quality roof and floor trusses in a fast-paced production environment. Adapt to reading layouts, operating manufacturing equipment, and ensuring precision in every build. Recognized for strong teamwork, safety awareness, and the ability to consistently meet production goals while maintaining top-tier craftsmanship. Passionate about building structural components that form the backbone of residential and commercial construction projects. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older. Responsibilities Read and interpret layouts, shop draws and production specifications. Assemble roof trusses and floor trusses using specialized tools, machinery, and measuring equipment. Accurately cut, position and secure lumber and metal connector plates according to design standards. Inspect materials and finished products to ensure structural integrity and quality compliance. Operate saws, press, forklift, nail gun and other manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently. Collaberate with production team to meet daily manufacturing deadlines and workflow goals. Assist with loading, staging and preparing completed trusses for shipments and delivery.
