Production Lead Location:

Alabaster, AL Pay Rate:

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

1st Shift | 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Every Product Starts with You. Join us as a Production Lead in Alabaster and be the start of something real. You'll run machines, assemble parts, or pack goods that ship around the world. It's hands-on work with fair pay and room to grow.

Requirements:

Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment required High school diploma or GED required Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel Ability to coach, train, and develop production employees Continuous improvement experience preferred Knowledge of robotics and automation equipment preferred Strong organizational and teamwork skills

Job Duties:

Assign and coordinate daily production tasks to meet operational goals Monitor production processes and address quality, safety, and equipment issues Communicate effectively with other shifts and departments to ensure smooth operations Ensure compliance with work instructions, procedures, and safety standards Troubleshoot production challenges and implement corrective actions Train team members and verify adherence to standard work procedures Maintain and update job procedures and visual work instructions Track performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives Coach and mentor production associates to improve performance and engagement Assist with employee performance discussions, workforce planning, and team placement Support special projects and additional production activities as assigned
