As a Production Line Associate in Alabaster, you'll be part of the team that keeps production flowing. You'll load materials, check quality, and help meet daily goals. Bring a good attitude and a strong work ethic, and let Staffmark handle the rest. Requirements Ability to read and understand pick tickets Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift Ability to lift, carry, and move products as needed Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus but not required Job Duties Read and follow pick tickets to accurately select beverage products Pick individual bottles and package customer orders according to specifications Verify order accuracy before packaging and shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all warehouse safety procedures and production standards Meet daily productivity and quality goals in a fast-paced warehouse environment Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
