Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Control Specialist to manage production planning and scheduling to ensure on-time delivery and efficient Duties Develop and manage daily and weekly production schedules Coordinate with production teams to ensure on-time manufacturing Coordinate with production teams to ensure on-time manufacturing Monitor production performance and adjust schedules as needed Track WIP (Work-in-Process) and finished goods inventory Identify bottlenecks and improve production efficiency Communicate order status with internal teams (sales, logistics) Preferred Green Card holders Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field 2+ years of experience in production control or planning Korean/English bilingual Strong analytical and Excel skills Automotive industry experience Experience working with OEM customers
