Summary:
Responsible for the assembly and manufacturing operations required to produce Battery Pack Cases (BPC) for electric vehicles. This position involves working a 12-hour shift from Monday to Thursday (48 hours but will be goes up depends on EV Market), ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in production. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned.) 1. Operate assembly machinery to produce Battery Pack Cases accurately and efficiently. 2. Ensure all safety protocols and guidelines are followed to maintain a safe working environment. 3. Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. 4. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to advance production goals and troubleshoot any issues that arise. 5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support operational efficiency and safety. 6. Record production data and report any inconsistencies or equipment malfunctions to supervisors. 7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to maximize production efficiency and product quality. 8. Follow detailed work instructions and read blueprints or technical drawings related to the manufacturing process. 9. Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay updated with the latest manufacturing techniques and technologies.
Qualifications:
1. Read and understand English. 2. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. 3. Able to lift at least 40 lbs. 4. Time and Attendance Responsibility. 5. Follow training and good communication skills. 6. Willing to learn and team-work. Education and/or
Experience:
- HSD (High School Diploma) or related education. - New or related experience in
Manufacturing Job Pay:
From $15.50 per hour Expected hours: No less than 48.0 per week
