Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in operating and maintaining a variety of production equipment, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of high-quality products, supporting our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery for the manufacturing of automotive parts, ensuring machines run smoothly and efficiently. Inspect parts and materials for quality, ensuring they meet company standards and specifications. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machinery, making sure all equipment is in optimal condition. Follow production schedules and procedures to meet production targets and deadlines. Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues with equipment, escalating complex problems to maintenance teams when necessary. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) and following all safety regulations. Document production data, including output numbers, machine settings, and quality checks, in compliance with company reporting procedures. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to improve productivity, reduce waste, and maintain a clean work environment. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing manufacturing processes, reducing downtime, and improving product quality. Participate in regular training and development activities to stay updated on new machinery, technologies, and manufacturing processes.
