Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment and packaging machinery in accordance with safety standards and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines Follow detailed production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality standards in food & beverage production Conduct sanitation and sanitation checks throughout the production process to uphold cleanliness and food safety regulations Monitor product quality by inspecting raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods, adhering to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) protocols and FDA regulations Document production activities accurately using SAP or other tracking systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory/legal standards in production Assist in managing daily operations on the production line, supporting continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and safety Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain a safe working environment and uphold safety standards in production Qualifications Prior experience in food processing plant operations or manufacturing management preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and food safety management principles Strong understanding of quality assurance practices within the food & beverage industry Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements, quantities, and inventory purposes Excellent communication skills for managing production or assembly teams effectively and ensuring clear managerial communication Commitment to maintaining safety standards in production environments, including sanitation and GMP compliance Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions, work efficiently under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively Join us as a Production Worker where your dedication ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality food products.
