  • Part-time, Full-time Overview Iron City Studios is hiring a Photo Editing & Pre-Production Specialist to join our in-house production team.
This role is focused on high-volume image editing and preparation . You'll be responsible for color correcting, cropping, and preparing large batches of images for print and delivery — ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality across every order. If you enjoy working with Adobe tools, thrive in a fast-paced workflow, and care about getting the details right, this is a great fit. Core Responsibilities Color correct and edit large volumes of images with consistency Crop and prepare images for print and product specifications Follow established workflows for efficient batch processing Maintain accuracy across large sets of images Ensure all images meet quality standards before moving to production Organize and manage files within structured production systems What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail (this is critical) Experience with Adobe Lightroom and/or Photoshop Ability to work efficiently with high image volume Comfortable with repetitive editing tasks while maintaining consistency Organized and able to follow structured workflows Reliable and able to meet deadlines Preferred (Not Required) Experience in a photography studio or production environment Experience with batch editing workflows Understanding of print color and basic color correction principles
