• Part-time Overview Iron City Studios is hiring a Production Lab Assistant to support our in-house photography lab.

This is a hands-on, production-focused role with a strong emphasis on packaging and order preparation . You'll work alongside our Lab Manager to ensure every order is accurately assembled, carefully packaged, and ready for delivery or pickup. If you like staying busy, working with your hands, and taking pride in organized, accurate work — this role is for you. Primary Responsibilities (

Packaging) Package photography orders quickly, neatly, and accurately Assemble orders (prints, packages, specialty items) for delivery and pickup Double-check all orders for accuracy before they leave the lab Organize completed orders for efficient pickup and distribution Maintain a clean, organized packaging and production area Additional Responsibilities Assist with quality control of prints and products Support daily production workflow and deadlines Greet and assist customers picking up orders Provide a friendly, professional experience during pickups What We're Looking For High attention to detail (accuracy is critical in this role) Reliable and consistent work ethic Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on tasks Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Comfortable interacting with customers when needed Preferred (Not Required) Experience in packaging, fulfillment, or production work Previous customer service experience Experience in a print lab or photography environment
