This is a hands-on manufacturing position in a fast-paced production environment. Essential Responsibilities Build custom wood crates, pallets, and packaging products according to work instructions and specifications. Safely operate woodworking equipment, including: Table saws Chop saws Band saws Radial arm saws Drill presses Nail guns Staple guns Forklifts (training provided if needed) Accurately measure materials using a tape measure and other measuring tools. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist in other production departments as business needs require. Qualifications We're looking for individuals who are dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.

Preferred qualifications include:

Manufacturing, production, assembly, woodworking, construction, or carpentry experience (preferred but not required) Ability to learn and accurately read a tape measure (proficiency expected within 60 days; testing provided) Comfortable working in a manufacturing and wood shop environment Strong work ethic with reliable attendance Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and criminal history screening Work Schedule Monday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:45 PM Enjoy a three-day weekend every week!
