63228825 Job Description We are seeking dependable production laborers and machine operators to support daily manufacturing and production operations. Positions may include general production, material handling, machine operation, packaging, quality checks, and other production-related duties. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required for all positions. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently. Load and unload materials and products. Perform basic quality checks and follow production specifications. Package, label, and prepare finished products. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety procedures and company policies. Meet production and quality standards. Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting as trained. Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workday. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus. Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Pay Range :

$12-$17 per hour, based on experience and position.
