Looking to launch a career in manufacturing? We will provide all the training you need! Webb Wheel Products Inc. ,a Marmon Company, is now hiring for a motivated CNC Production Operator. If you are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to build hands-on skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you. No prior CNC experience is required—we are fully committed to investing in your growth and training you on everything it takes to succeed in this role.
Available Shifts:
Please note that our daytime shifts are held by our long-term senior team members, so we are currently hiring for the following schedules: 2nd
Shift:
Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (8-hour days) 3rd
Shift:
Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (8-hour days) Pay starts at $24.81 not including $1 shift differential. What We Are Looking For in a

Working Environment & Expectations:
Manufacturing is a demanding and rewarding field, and we want to ensure you know exactly what to expect from your day-to-day environment. Our production area is a non-climate-controlled facility, which means it gets hot in the summer and reflects the seasonal weather outside. Because this is a hands-on machining environment, the shop floor can also be dirty, dusty, and greasy. The ideal candidate is someone who is resilient, doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves to get dirty, and stays focused on safety and quality regardless of the temperature.
Key Responsibilities & Job Duties:
Setup and operate production equipment according to exact specifications. Adjust CNC programming as needed throughout the manufacturing process. Calibrate and use specialized measurement equipment to maintain precision. Utilize machinery to efficiently produce finished goods in accordance with daily production goals. Perform hourly quality checks to guarantee the integrity and high standards of the finished product. Operate a forklift safely to transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
