Production Team Member

Main Roles and Responsibilities of Position:

Performs any assembly-type functions, using hand, air or power tools. Operates any equipment needed to perform job. Performs related duties as assigned by supervision. Inspects parts for defects. Uses computer to order or send away production materials. Completes required paperwork to document production. Quality Ensures product and processes meet the standards relating to quality and STAKA. Ensures that process and product deviations from specification are documented and reported. Performs tasks according to inspection, handling, packing, gauging instructions.

Experience Required:

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent. Familiarity with metric system.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to read and carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to analyze problems involving production and notify proper people.

Pay:

$18.01 - $18.38 per hour
