Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking dependable Machine Feeders and Offbearers to support manufacturing operations by feeding materials into equipment, removing finished materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work around moving machinery, and a strong work ethic.

Dothan, AL Pay:
$15.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (hours may vary) Responsibilities Feed materials into machines in a safe and uniform manner. Operate equipment by using buttons and levers to start and stop machinery. Load materials onto conveyors and remove finished products. Gather and place materials onto carts or carriers. Fasten, package, and stack materials and products. Clean debris from hoppers, conveyors, and crushers. Add chemicals, solutions, or ingredients to equipment as required. Adjust conveyors and crushers to maintain production flow. Perform basic machine maintenance and repairs, including replacing bulbs, gathering arm teeth, and hydraulic hoses. Oil and lubricate belts, conveyors, and other production equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills are a plus. Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Strong attendance and reliability are required. Ability to work overtime or varying hours when needed.
