Production Workers are responsible for safely and efficiently producing, assembling, inspecting, and packaging products while meeting quality and production standards. Responsibilities Operate production equipment and machinery safely. Assemble, package, label, and prepare products for shipment. Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards. Follow company safety policies and production procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Meet daily production goals and deadlines. Accurately complete production records and paperwork. Work cooperatively with supervisors and other team members. Report equipment problems, safety concerns, or quality issues promptly. Qualifications Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks during the shift. Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required. Willingness to learn and follow safety and quality procedures.
