Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Production Associate to join our dynamic operations team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the hands-on operation of diverse machinery-including presses and deburring equipment-while ensuring every part produced meets our rigorous quality standards. Beyond machine operation, you will play a key role in the full production lifecycle: from performing hardness testing and dimensional inspections to accurately recording data in EPICS and preparing final shipments with precision. If you are a proactive problem-solver who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized workspace and has a keen eye for material defects, we invite you to help us deliver excellence to our customers while modeling the highest standards of workplace safety.

$14 - $15 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 6:30 AM - 3PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Follow work orders and produce parts according to specifications Ensure material is packed in order of priority according to the pack dates indicated on the WIP Report Confirm weights and counts are correct Look for material defects, before & during packing, such as but not limited to scratches, dents, and distortion to the profile Check material for hardness and record the readings in EPICS. If material is not within spec for hardness, it must be red tagged ahead of the pack stage and QA must be notified Once an order is complete, ensure the correct tagging colors are used based on work order routing Pack all orders according to the required pack code so that it reaches its final destination intact Shrink wrap material that is shipped in bulk on skids Use tape and banding as required to secure & maintain the integrity of the material on the skids Enter required data into our system to create packing tickets and apply tickets to skids Maintain clean and organized work environment The essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environmentwearing steel toe shoesworking in a non-temperature controlled environmentmanual lifting up to 45lbsSkillsManufacturingPackingPullingQuality ControlMS OfficeQualificationsYears of experience: 1 yearExperience level: Entry LevelRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
