Production Operator

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating various machinery and tools, with a focus on precision and quality. This role is essential in ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our operations. Duties Operate and maintain stamping presses, press brake machines, and milling machines to fabricate components according to specifications. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure product quality and adherence to tolerances. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operations. Read and interpret engineering drawings using SolidWorks to accurately produce parts as required. Perform routine inspections of machinery and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the warehouse to promote safety and efficiency. Document production data accurately for quality control purposes. Requirements Proven experience operating machining equipment, including stamping presses, press brake machines, and milling machines. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Basic knowledge of SolidWorks for reading engineering drawings is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is advantageous. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
