Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in a job well done? We're actively hiring Make Ready Technicians for apartment communities in the Mobile and Baldwin County area — and we want to hear from youTODAY. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prepare vacant apartment units for new residents — painting, patching, cleaning, minor repairs
- Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and appliance troubleshooting
- Work alongside a property maintenance team to keep the community looking its best
- Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in apartment make ready, general maintenance, or a related trade
- Basic knowledge of painting, drywall repair, plumbing, and electrical
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check
WHAT YOU'LL GET
- $15
- 17 per hour based on experience
- Full-time, stable hours — Monday through Friday
