As Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for; Train, coach, and mentor Manufacturing Engineers on the deployment and daily use of the MARS application. Support the successful adoption of MARS by providing functional guidance and end-user assistance. Coach Manufacturing Engineers on SAP Manufacturing Engineering processes, ensuring TICON routings are created correctly in accordance with company standards and tool requirements. Validate Manufacturing Engineering data and processes within MARS and SAP from a functional user perspective. Identify, document, and report application defects or enhancement opportunities to the development/support team. Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Monitor training progress and support the continuous development of Manufacturing Engineering competencies. Collaborate with Airbus stakeholders to promote best practices and successful deployment of Manufacturing Engineering applications. Qualifications; Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field. Strong working knowledge of SAP Manufacturing Engineering, including TICON routing creation and maintenance. Experience with the MARS application (or the ability to quickly become a subject matter expert) is strongly preferred. Experience training, coaching, or mentoring Manufacturing Engineering teams. Ability to identify functional issues, troubleshoot from an end-user perspective, and communicate findings effectively to development or support teams. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
