Overview We are excited to welcome energetic and reliable Seasonal Production Associates to join our team during the Easter season. In this role, you will be a key player in preparing and assembling holiday products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a lively, team-oriented setting while helping deliver high-quality items for our customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a smooth production process. Duties Operate various hand tools and power tools safely to assemble and package products efficiently. Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and ensure machinery runs smoothly. Assist with the setup and organization of the assembly line, ensuring materials are readily available for production. Support warehouse operations by moving materials using forklifts or other equipment as needed. Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper handling of tools and machinery in a manufacturing facility. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to meet health and safety standards. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Skills Good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks accurately. Willingness to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines diligently.
