This role supports production line monitoring and operations across multiple Frozen department areas including Grinding, Forming, Packaging, and the Scale Room. Job Responsibilities:

Monitor production lines and machine operations across Frozen department areas — Grinding, Forming, Packaging, and Scale Room. Perform rework tasks as needed to maintain production flow and quality standards. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all safety procedures. Wear required PPE — rubber gloves, plastic apron/sleeves, bump hat, eye and ear protection. Stand and walk for the full shift in temperatures of 35-45°F (occasionally below 10°F). Keep work area clean and organized. Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift and move up to 60 lbs. Must be comfortable working in cold environments for the full duration of the shift.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age. Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred. Ability to work effectively across multiple stations and adapt to changing production needs. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Must pass background check and drug test.
