Production Control Department Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the overall supply chain activities which contain sales order management, production planning, and scheduling. Production sequencing, process controlling and completes vehicle delivering. Establish and execute daily, weekly, monthly and annual production schedule, after service parts and imported parts based on demand plan. Develop and manage production control system to continually improve productivity. The present condition of all production lines should be monitored and reported to the superior. Responsible for assisting and directing in problem solving activities and resolving production control related technical problems with an emphasis on determining and addressing the root cause/problem. Analyze and solve problems related to various production situations. Assist and oversee the set-up of overall process control activities. Manage and improve related process and system. All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, sequencing, and process control preferred. Understanding of manufacturing processes and demand planning preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret production data for forecasting and operational decision-making. Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Korean and English bilingual candidates are preferred.
Education/Training:
STEM OPT
holders are highly preferred. Experience or coursework related to production planning, scheduling, manufacturing, or supply chain operations preferred. Experience with ERP/SAP systems is a plus but not required. E-2 Visa sponsorship available upon OPT expiration.
