TIG/MIG/MAG

Weld Safely operate production equipment Complies with working instructions. Addresses problem situations quickly and notify supervisor or management immediately. Meets quality requirements. Exceptional mathematics skills Ability to stand 8 - 12 hours per day Ability to lift 50 - 85 pounds without assistance, repetitively Logistics duties: Controls material movement to and from the production area based on Production Schedule and material availability. Books material in CPD as produced and ensures proper labeling of material. Researches inventory discrepancies and reports. Performs Cycle Counts as needed. Stocks production area. Alert Production Planning of any insufficient Work Orders needed for booking Must be PC literate. Basic level skill proficiency in MS Office, internet, web-based, and job specific software applications.

Forklift Certification Sequence duties:

Uses scanners and computerized material picking system Supports quality control Arranges Exhaust Systems to match the Mercedes line Use lift assist to move Exhaust Systems Must have experience following work orders Must have experience scanning parts with handheld scanner Prior experience in a quality focused environment preferred 1st Shift Pay is $20.15/hr
