Scehdule:

Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal work instructions. Basic math and measurement skills preferred. Experience Requirements 1+ years of experience. Experience working with hand tools, small components, and production equipment is a plus. Aerospace, automotive, or precision assembly experience is beneficial but not required. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products. Reliable attendance and dependability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Flexible and willing to work overnight shifts when needed. Physical Capabilities Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift. Capable of standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods. Ability to handle small parts and perform detailed assembly work with precision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality standards. Job Duties Assemble and manufacture aerospace components according to specifications and quality standards. Operate production equipment, tools, and machinery safely and efficiently. Perform detailed inspections and quality checks on finished products. Follow all company safety procedures, work instructions, and production requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
