Operate and maintain equipment on the Finger Joint Line, including lamella planer and profile cutter heads. Collaborating with supervisors and team leads to maintain production flow and troubleshoot issues. Perform quality checks on lumber before and after processing to ensure standards are met. Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout protocols and emergency stop systems. Learn and use software systems such as System TM, FlowMate, and Google Suite.
