Jonesboro, Arkansas Shift:
Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM-2:00 AM (4/10s)
Pay:
$2.00/hour shift differential for 2nd shift What you'll do Prepare and operate punch and stamping presses to meet daily schedules Tackle mechanical issues quickly to keep lines moving Check critical dimensions using calipers and micrometers Read and apply blueprints to ensure correct setups and quality Keep your cell clean, organized, and aligned with safety standards Partner with peers to spot and implement process improvements Support tool, die, and mold changeovers to reduce setup time Use a forklift when needed for materials and tooling What you'll bring Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing setting Proven mechanical troubleshooting ability History of setting up machines for repeat production runs Knowledge of tool/die/mold setup practices Confidence reading and interpreting blueprints Comfort with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers) Collaborative approach and a continuous improvement mindset Tech you'll touch Punch Press Stamping Press If these questions had you nodding yes, we'd like to hear from you.
