Role:
Join our fast-growing team as a Semiconductor Technician in Chandler, AZ! In this role, you will support the manufacturing and testing of semiconductor devices on the 1st shift. We are seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to grow in the thriving semiconductor industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain semiconductor fabrication equipment in a cleanroom environment Perform routine inspections, data collection, and basic troubleshooting of tools and wafers Ensure proper handling and documentation of materials and results Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to safety protocols Work collaboratively with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree or technical diploma in electronics or related field preferred Previous experience in semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing environment preferred (but not required) Ability to work 1st shift (typically 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday-Friday) Attention to detail and commitment to quality Willingness to wear a cleanroom suit and work in a controlled environment Strong teamwork and communication skills
