Large Format Vinyl Printer Production Assistant Do you take pride in crisp, clean prints and love the smell of fresh vinyl in the morning? If you've got real experience running large-format printers and want to join a team that actually values organization and craftsmanship — this might be your perfect fit. Wolf Wrap Studio is looking for a Large Format Vinyl Printer Production Assistant who's equal parts detail-driven and deadline-ready. This isn't a "learn on the job" role — if you don't already have verifiable large-format vinyl printing experience listed on your resume, this isn't the gig for you. What You'll Do Learn (or refine) how to operate wide-format printers, cutters, laminators, and finishing equipment. Help produce crisp, high-quality prints on a variety of materials. Keep an eye on supplies so we never run out mid-job. Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving when production hiccups happen. Keep the shop clean, organized, and running smoother than a fresh squeegee pass. Balance speed and precision — because both matter here.
What We're Looking For Trainability:
Quick learner who doesn't need instructions repeated ten times.
Mindset:
Positive, dependable, and willing to roll up your sleeves. Detail-oriented — if something looks off, you catch it. Good communication skills. Physically able to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and stand for long periods. (Experience in large-format printing is great, but not required. The right attitude and willingness to learn matter more.)
The Perks Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7 AM-4 PM (no surprise 2 AM print calls).
