Full Job Description Summary:

Customer Service Assistant Engineer in semiconductor factories are mainly responsible for maintaining and working on the equipment in the factory, ensuring that the production process runs smoothly and resolving any technical issues that may arise. Execute all operations on the production line to ensure that the production process is carried out according to plan.

Responsibilities:

Perform regular maintenance tasks on semiconductor equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Conduct visual inspection and cleaning tasks. Operate machinery as required. Manage the receipt and delivery of products, including lifting heavy items.

End-of-Day Reporting:

Report daily cleaning status and inspection quantities after each shift. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications :

Experience in installation, maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment (though not required). Proficiency in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics, diagrams, and operation manuals. Prior experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or quality control is a plus. Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing personal protective safety equipment or a cleanroom suit.
