We design, build, and support secure payment solutions - bill acceptors, printers, and software - all from our headquarters in Mesa, Arizona. Serving businesses worldwide since 2001 Pyramid Technologies, Inc. is looking for a motivated and reliable addition to our Production Team. As a Production/ Assembly Associate, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, assembling products, and ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Production/Assembly Responsibilities Include:
Operate and maintain production machinery, including cleaning and routine maintenance. Assemble products according to established specifications and quality standards. Monitor production processes to identify and resolve issues that may impact quality, output, or safety. Follow established production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet production goals. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective production processes. Follow established safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when operating machinery or handling materials. Maintain a clean and organized work area and dispose of waste and scrap materials according to established procedures. Complete required production documentation, including production reports, quality inspection forms, and timecards. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. Desired Skills for
Production/Assembly Associates:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Ability to operate and maintain production machinery and tools, including hand tools and power tools. Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time, lift and move materials up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others. Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
