• Weekend Shift Friday-Sunday 6am-6pm Full Time Phoenix, AZ APEL Extrusions is an independent extruder, finisher and fabricator of aluminum extrusions serving the commercial, residential, and industrial markets of Western Canada and the Western United States.

With locations in Calgary, Canada, Coburg, Oregon, and Phoenix, Arizona. We offer a clean and safe work environment. We are currently taking applications for production workers in the below areas: Weekend Pack Helper Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6am-6pm (must be able to work all three days) If you work all three days (36 hours), you will get paid for 40 hours. General Duties and responsibilities Work with large industrial equipment. Wear Personal Protective Equipment

• ear plugs, safety glasses, and boots
• at all times. Comply with all policies and procedures in accordance with our quality management system Review and follow work order instructions and best practice requirements. Adhere and promote all safety requirements. Read and understand dimensional prints. Operate measuring devices. Operate a forklift. Skills High degree of independence and accountability
• Good attendance is required.

Detailed oriented individual able to frequently perform multiple tasks at a given time. Able to independently perform simple calculations. Communicate well and interact with others effectively. Working knowledge of extrusion press responsibilities. Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent. Manufacturing/Production/Warehouse experience required. Working Environment Exposed to a production environment which includes noise, moving machinery, forklifts and fluctuations in temperature. Personal Protective Equipment provided. Physical Requirements Frequent walking, standing, bending, twisting, repetitive motion and ability to lift, push, pull at least 25 pounds. APEL Extrusions Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
