Job Description

Job Description EIG, as part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking motivated Manufacturing Associate to join our vibrant team in Surprise, AZ. You'll work directly with experienced tradespeople to assemble, install, and support a variety of structural and mechanical systems. Responsibilities Assemble and install Hilti MT systems according to project specifications Install cable tray systems and route cable inside trays with clean, organized workmanship Assist with installation of Insulated Metal Panels (IMPs) Assist with installation of interior metal panel sheathing Support electrical equipment installation including gantry crane operation, rigging, layout, equipment anchoring, and install ation of interconnecting bussing Perform general construction tasks such as measuring, cutting, fastening, and material handling Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project timelines and quality standards Qualifications Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or mechanical assembly preferred Ability to read basic drawings, follow instructions, and work with hand and power tools Comfortable working at heights, on lifts, and around heavy equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment Benefits you can look forward to:
