Electrical Prefab Production Worker

At Jenco, we build more than electrical systems — we build careers. We are looking for hardworking, reliable team members to join our growing Prefab Shop as a Prefab Production Worker. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with tools, and being part of a team that supports major commercial electrical projects across the Valley. As part of our prefab team, you'll help assemble and prepare electrical materials and components that are installed on jobsites by our field crews. This is a warehouse/shop-based position with opportunities to grow within the electrical construction industry. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door! What You'll Do Assemble and prefabricate electrical components and materials Read layouts and follow production specifications Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment Assist with conduit bending, prewiring, and assembly work Maintain inventory accuracy and quality standards Work closely with the Prefab Manager and field teams Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with teammates to improve production efficiency What We're Looking For 6 months+ of production, warehouse, manufacturing, or prefab experience preferred Electrical experience or trade school preferred Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Basic knowledge of electrical materials and/or construction is a plus Experience using hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Comfortable working in a warehouse environment around tools and machinery Why Jenco?
