PM, M-F Responsibilities:
Perform sewing, folding, pressing, and garment finishing according to production specifications. Operate commercial sewing machines and pressing equipment as assigned. Inspect garments for stitching, appearance, quality, and proper finishing. Trim threads, make minor adjustments, and complete finishing tasks as needed. Properly fold and prepare finished garments for packaging or shipment. Follow patterns, work orders, and detailed production instructions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area. Meet daily production goals while maintaining consistent quality.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in garment sewing, apparel production, or garment finishing preferred. Experience operating commercial or industrial sewing machines is a plus. Experience with pressing, folding, garment finishing, or quality inspection preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify garment defects. Ability to follow patterns, measurements, and detailed instructions. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to learn different garment production processes.
