This is not an entry-level position—we are looking for a confident clinician who is comfortable working at a high level with speed, precision, and consistency, particularly in a general anesthesia environment. Opportunity:
High-Production Environment:
Busy, established practice with immediate patient volume and strong hospital partnerships
Hospital-Based Dentistry:
Perform full-mouth and complex procedures under general anesthesia in both hospital and office settings
Special Needs Focus:
Provide care for pediatric and adult special needs patients requiring advanced behavior management and sedation
Efficient Case Flow:
Work alongside an experienced anesthesiology team with a focus on maintaining efficient procedure times and high daily case volume
Advanced Technology:
PrimeScan, CBCT, CEREC, and fully modern operatories
Strong Support Team:
Long-term, highly trained assistants who are accustomed to fast-paced, high-output dentistry
Established Systems:
Proven workflows designed for efficiency, productivity, and high-quality outcomes
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of clinical experience (required) Strong clinical speed and efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards Experience with surgical dentistry, extractions, and comprehensive treatment planning Comfortable treating special needs patients with compassion, patience, and adaptability Comfortable working in a general anesthesia setting and managing time effectively during cases • Ability to perform under a high-volume schedule and work collaboratively with anesthesia and surgical teams• Eligible for hospital privileges (we assist with the process) This Role Is Ideal For a
