Job Description

Production Associate Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 4:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Manufacturing Reports To:
Shift Supervisor Job Summary The Production Associate supports the production of copper clad and unclad laminates by operating RF presses and handling materials in a clean room manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for press setup, monitoring, breakdown, material traceability, documentation, and data entry while following all safety and quality procedures. Key Responsibilities Operate RF presses including setup, loading, monitoring, and breakdown Enter press recipes and verify cycles meet specifications Assemble laminate books and insert thermocouple wires as required Inspect copper, film, and prepreg for defects Maintain material identification and traceability using Lot Travelers Complete production documentation and enter jobs into the Oracle system Pull, store, and cycle count copper and prepreg materials Maintain clean rooms, equipment, and housekeeping standards Follow all Methods of Procedure, safety rules, and OSHA standards Transfer completed lots using a forklift Support special projects and cross train in other departments as needed Qualifications Manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures Basic computer skills and accurate data entry Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a clean room environment Forklift experience or willingness to be trained Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods Lift, move, and carry up to 25 pounds Use hands and arms for handling materials and tools Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch Visual and hearing ability required for production floor safety Safety & Compliance Must follow all OSHA and company safety procedures Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment Pre Employment Requirements All applicants must pass a background check and drug/alcohol test.
