General Production Worker Job Description Join our team as a General Production Worker where you will play a crucial role in the shipping department. Your primary responsibilities will include measuring, assembling customized crates and frames for shipment, and handling basic tools and measuring tapes for precision. You will also ensure that your workspace remains clean and organized. Responsibilities Assist in the shipping department. Measure and assemble customized crates and frames for shipment. Handle basic tools and measuring tape accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned within the department. Essential Skills Experience in labor, manufacturing, and production. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Ability to read a measuring tape accurately. Willingness to stand for 8-10 hour shifts. Additional Skills & Qualifications Entry-level position, training will be provided. Ability to double-check work on framing and assembly. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment involves ladder manufacturing for industrial use, within a light industrial/manufacturing setting. The facility is climate-controlled, ensuring comfort during your work hours. The first shift operates Monday to Thursday from 5 AM to 2:30 PM, and Fridays from 6 AM to 12 PM. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tolleson, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
