Position Overview Under the direction of the Production Manager, Production Line Workers are responsible for filling, labeling, batching and casing products. As well as cleaning stations, equipment and tools and moving components and products in the space. This role requires physical labor, ability to work at a consistent pace and stay focused, organization, and teamwork to help keep production running efficiently. Training is provided for all tasks. Key Responsibilities Label, fill, batch and box products efficiently and accurately. Assist in setting up, cleaning and sanitizing workstations and equipment Follow batch records, documentation, and work orders accurately and consistently. Correctly operate filling and labeling equipment. Maintain a clean and organized production area at all times Assist with inventory counts and stock organization Safely move and handle buckets, drums, and pallets of ingredients and packaging materials. Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, and compliance regulations. Maintain a positive, efficient, and professional work environment. Other tasks as assigned. Experience & Skills Needed A great attitude, strong work ethic, and team player mentality. Ability to handle physical labor (lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods). Attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately. Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively. Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn. Not Required:

Experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment (skincare, food, or pharmaceutical experience is a plus). Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), OSHA, or other safety standards. Mechanical aptitude is a plus
