Check that parts are clean and dry. Complete required production entries. Perform daily equipment cleaning and basic PMs. Report any quality or equipment issues. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments. Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required. Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety. Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
