• Manufacturing Operations supports the introduction of new assays, reagents, and bulk materials into manufacturing processes for tissue diagnostics.

This role focuses on ensuring smooth transfer from development to operations, with an emphasis on manufacturability, quality, cost efficiency, and timeline adherence. You will collaborate cross-functionally to support production readiness in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Support technical transfer activities for assays, reagents, and bulk materials into manufacturing. Assist in scaling processes from development to production while maintaining quality and compliance. Follow and execute standard operating procedures (SOPs), operational procedures (OPs), and quality protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R D, manufacturing, and quality to ensure successful transfers. Document processes, protocols, and results with a high level of accuracy and detail. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles and support Six Sigma practices where applicable. Participate in project coordination activities to ensure timelines and deliverables are met. Support troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts during process transfer and production activities. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physiology) or Engineering (Biomedical or Chemical). Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries. Experience working in a GMP or regulated environment. Basic knowledge of Lean principles; familiarity with Six Sigma is a plus. Strong technical writing and documentation skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination abilities. Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to follow procedures precisely and maintain data integrity. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a matrix organization. Basic understanding of assay/reagent production processes including formulation, filling, and packaging.
