full-time Position Summary The Production Assistant supports the Production team in coordinating the day-to-day production process from purchase order issuance through shipment. This role works closely with cross-functional teams-including Design, Technical Design, Merchandising, Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, and overseas vendors-to help ensure on-time delivery, product quality, accurate data management, and compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily production coordination and administrative activities. Style setups, and production data within ERP systems (A2000, PLM, etc.). Maintain Master Attribute Report Update sample receipts in Work in Progress (WIP) reports. Coordinate and distribute fit, wash, PP, TOP, and bulk samples to cross-functional teams and maintain approval records. Review wash samples with coordinators, photograph wash sample approvals, and maintain organized reference files. Partner with the Production Coordinator and Technical Design team to inspect TOP and bulk production samples for trims, labels, wash appearance, workmanship, and overall quality and verify measurements and specifications. Perform other production-related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Familiarity with apparel production processes and production timelines. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data management. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment. Preferred Skills Strong sense of urgency and accountability. Positive attitude with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach. Experience working with ERP and PLM systems such as
A2000, PLM.
Hourly range: $21-$24 Fully onsite in Commerce, CA
