flatbed die cutting machine. Review job tickets, production specifications, and tooling requirements before starting production. Perform make-readies, including die installation, stripping setup, and machine adjustments. Ensure accurate registration, cutting quality, stripping, and finished product consistency. Monitor production throughout the run and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency. Perform routine quality checks and identify potential production issues. Troubleshoot machine and production problems to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate production counts and complete required job documentation. Work closely with pressroom, bindery, and quality personnel to meet production schedules. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and operating standards. Requirements Qualifications & Experience Previous experience operating flatbed die cutting equipment in the folding carton or packaging industry. Experience with SBL die cutting equipment preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of folding carton materials, paperboard, die cutting, stripping, and tooling. Ability to read and understand job tickets and production specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to lift materials and perform the physical requirements of the position. Work Schedule Monday through Friday.

Second shift:

3:00 PM - 11:30 PM. Must be flexible and willing to work overtime as production demands require. Occasional weekend work may be necessary.
