Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Worker to join our production team. This role involves operating manufacturing equipment, assisting with assembly processes, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced industrial setting. Duties Operate various manufacturing machinery and equipment according to safety protocols and operational guidelines Assist in assembling products or components as directed by supervisors Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or safety concerns promptly Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear during shifts Support team members in meeting production goals and deadlines Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Good manual dexterity and attention to detail Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality Ability to use tape measure Experience in safely using hand tools Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus but not required Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs
Pay:
$20.00 - $20.50 per hour
