PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
We are a successful and growing home decor company looking for an Associate Textile Production Coordinator who is passionate about textile production and soft home décor to join our team. If you have 3+ years' experience of textile weaving, home décor manufacturing, and solid working knowledge of cutting, sewing, embroidery, dyeing and textile finishes, then this might be your next great career opportunity. The Associate Textile Production Coordinator will work closely with Design, Product Development and Sales during the product development stage and take ownership of production processes thereafter. Track daily production statuses at overseas factories while working closely with mills, dye houses, sewing factories, 3rd party labs, and shippers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Track WIP
  • Approve dye lots
  • Manage TOPs and all samples
  • Communicate production needs with China office
  • Manage production calendar
  • Lead daily production briefs with team
  • Travel overseas as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to communicate with overseas factories in English Minimum 3 years' experience working in a cut and sew environment and/or with overseas factories Strong knowledge of textile weaves, sewing construction, textile dyes and finishes Highly organized with excellent follow-up and prioritization skills Solid Excel skills Highly engaged and passionate about industry
