Senior Production Designer / Art Director Position Summary The Associate Production Artist supports the Senior Production Designer by assisting with photography studio setup, organizing photographed product samples, and preparing high-quality product images for internal team and client deliverables. This role performs intermediate photo retouching, maintains accurate product decks, and organizes digital creative assets to support efficient production workflows. The Associate Production Artist also coordinates the weekly Product Deck meeting, ensuring product images are reviewed, updates are tracked, and revisions are communicated effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Update design files with new product images and artwork. Perform intermediate photo retouching to create presentation-ready product images. Ensure product image accuracy, image resolution, and overall file quality. Organize and maintain digital assets, templates, and production files. Resize and adapt creative assets for multiple formats and marketing channels. Prepare, maintain, and present the weekly Product Deck, tracking image updates, coordinating revisions, and communicating production status with cross-functional teams. Required Qualifications Associates or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Studio Art, or a related field. 1+ year of experience in Production Design or a related creative role. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Acrobat) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Experience with digital asset management, marketing decks. Intermediate photo retouching skills. Basic photography experience, including staging products and lighting equipment. Key Competencies Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective problem-solving and time management. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Working Conditions Full-time, Monday-Friday On-site in Camarillo, CA.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
