About the Role We are seeking dedicated and skilled Food Manufacturing Associates to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. You will be part of a team responsible for producing our products efficiently while maintaining strict food safety and quality standards. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role where you will be expected to stay focused, follow instructions, and maintain high standards throughout your shift. This role involves working with various ingredients and requires attention to details while following precise recipes. You will be operating machinery, and equipment following strict safety guidelines while keeping food safety (GMP) at its highest standards . This is a full-time, entry-level position with opportunities for advancement for high performers. 90-day trial period will be used to evaluate your performance. What You'll Do Prepare products according to specifications and quality standards. Operate and maintain machinery and equipment on the assembly line. Conduct routine inspections of machinery to ensure proper functioning . Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.

What You Bring:

Manufacturing in a food facility, or kitchen experience is a must. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods of time. Strong attention to detail. Must be flexible with schedule. Ability to work on weekends as needed. Consistent work ethic and reliability Ability to work efficiently in a team setting Work Environment Expectations This is a fast-paced production environment. Strict food safety (GMP) standards must be followed at all times. You will be expected to stay on task and maintain focus throughout your shift.
