Overview:

We are hiring an SMT Operator to support high-volume PCB assembly within a controlled manufacturing environment. This role sits directly on the production floor and supports daily build schedules for electronic assemblies. Requirements 1 to 2 years of SMT operating experience in a production environment Hands-on experience loading feeders and monitoring machines Experience working in electronics manufacturing or EMS environments Ability to read BOMs and assembly drawings Knowledge of

IPC-A-610, ESD, ISO

9001, or SPC What you will do Set up and operate SMT pick-and-place machines Run automatic and semi-automatic stencil printers Operate reflow ovens during soldering processes Load materials and monitor production performance Perform manual component placement when required Conduct detailed visual inspection of PCBs Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting Equipment exposure Pick-and-place machines such as Hitachi, ASM, or GSM Stencil printers including MPM or DEK Reflow ovens used for mass soldering Training provided on site
