Job Description

Our client, a leader in manufacturing operations, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the production process and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
4:00 AM to 4:30 PM Fri-Sun What's the Job? Operate felting, molding, sanding, and deflashing machinery and processes Identify components by batch number and ensure acceptable workmanship Learn and apply SPC applications, basic problem solving, and corrective actions Maintain high levels of concentration and manual dexterity during tasks Follow all work instructions, safety, and environmental procedures What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent Ability to learn basic machine operations and read written instructions in English Basic math skills and familiarity with measurement tools Flexibility to work various schedules and shifts Dependability, responsibility, and effective communication skills What's in it for me?
