$18.00 per hour Job Summary We are seeking reliable and hardworking Material Handlers to support our food production operation. This position is responsible for moving, preparing, and restocking ingredients throughout the production area while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Work in a cold and wet environment for extended periods. Move ingredients from coolers and freezers to the production room. Push, pull, stack, and restock ingredients and materials. Open and prepare products for the production and fill lines. Handle and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds . Pack food products, including milk and other food items. Keep work areas clean, organized, and properly stocked. Follow all food safety, GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Follow proper lifting and material-handling techniques. Assist the production team with other duties as needed. Qualifications Previous warehouse, material handling, food production, or manufacturing experience is a plus. Must be comfortable working in cold and wet conditions . Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds . Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Basic ability to read, count, and follow instructions . Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-1:30 PM . Must be willing to work in a fast-paced production environment. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working as part of a team. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position in a cold and wet food-production environment.
