Shop Helper Launch Your Career With Us We're looking for motivated, hands-on individuals who are eager to learn and grow. This is an entry-level position designed for people with strong aptitude, a great work ethic, and the desire to build a long-term career. Experience is less important than attitude, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly. What You'll Do Assist with daily shop operations and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Prepare materials for production. Support technicians and team members with assembly and general shop tasks. Load, unload, and move materials safely throughout the shop.] Load, run, and inspect parts on a variety of work centers including HAAS, Mori Seiki, Bridgeport machines. Learn proper use of tools, equipment, and company processes. Follow safety procedures and maintain high standards of quality. Take on new responsibilities as your skills develop. What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude or a demonstrated ability to learn new skills quickly. Positive attitude and willingness to work hard. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Good communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in a trade or technical school is strongly preferred.
